Speaking part 2: Describe a useful object in your home that you can not live without.

Personally speaking, I’ve found myself pretty dependent on technology these days, especially on my laptop, an essential item which I originally purchased mainly for use at university. It is a sleek, efficient device that has become an essential part of my daily routine.

I got this laptop when I first got to university, which was 2 years ago. With it, I can accomplish a myriad of tasks, from academic research and document preparation to staying connected with friends and family through various communication platforms. I use it extensively for online learning, accessing study materials, and participating in virtual classes, which has become especially crucial given the current educational landscape, in which hybrid learning formats have gained in popularity. For example, when I have a group project for school, my laptop helps me create detailed plans and collaborate effectively with my peers without having to meet directly in person. Additionally, I use it to research and write papers for my classes, making the process much more efficient and organized.

I find myself reaching for my laptop consistently throughout the day. It’s not just a tool for academic pursuits; it serves as my entertainment hub, allowing me to stream movies, listen to music, and engage in leisure activities. 

I cannot imagine living without my laptop because it offers a gateway to knowledge, communication, and entertainment. It has facilitated my academic journey, enabling me to excel in my studies and connect with peers and professors. Beyond that, it has become a source of relaxation and recreation.
